Crystal Farm Navigator

If you can use a web browser, you can administer all the functions and operations of the Crystal Farm. A powerful web server with 500 GB of storage lets multiple users from multiple sites schedule jobs, search the crystallization database, view and score images.

Priority-Based Scheduling

You have complete control over how often each drop is imaged. You present a new plate to the Crystal Farm, then set an imaging profile for the entire plate. Once crystals are identified, imaging profiles can be updated for individual drops. The scheduling software organizes the workload, determining image priority for each drop in real time.

Image Viewing and Scoring

Score images by viewing a user-defined image queue. Scores can be recorded and images resorted, viewed and exported based on a variety of score and project parameters. The Crystal Farm will store up to 700,000 images, depending on the image format selected.

On-Demand Imaging

If you find an interesting crystal while viewing and scoring, you can interrupt the current Crystal Farm imaging schedule and request the drop be imaged immediately. Retrieve the plate and harvest the crystal simply by telling the system to deliver it to the single plate access door.

Database Administration

A web server with 500 GB of storage running an open SQL database architecture with multiple query parameters allows for easy integration into your existing information management system.
