RE: NEXUS Biosystems Acquires Tecan Group's REMP Sample Management Business
NEXUS Biosystems would like to personally inform you that on July 15th, 2010 NEXUS signed an agreement to acquire the REMP Sample Management business and related activities from the Tecan Group. REMP, as many of you well know, is a world leader in automated sample management systems, devices and consumables. In parallel with this move, Tecan and NEXUS Biosystems plan to collaborate on various product groups. The transaction should be closed within the next two months.
